Overview

Global IT Conslting is an established web development and IT consulting agency providing strategic solutions to a selection of long term clients in travel industry. Our experienced team members have been developing bespoke applications for a variety of travel companies for 6 years.

The team

Based in the historic city of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, Global IT Consulting team enjoy central city office locations. The team comprises 17 team members with a variety of skill sets including Web Design, PHP Developer, Project Managers, System Administration and System Architects. The team is lead by a General IT Manager. All team memebers communicate with clients in English.

Client Base

Global IT Consulting has completed work for a diverse range of clients. Most of the clients are centered on the travel industry. Travel clients include Tourist Boards, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Online Travel Training, Airlines and Travel Meta-Search.

Client Management

All clients are allocated to a dedicated project manager who becomes a primary point of contact to the client. All of Global IT Consulting Project Managers have experience with Western Clients and are competent English speakers. Projects are managed via an internet communication platform DEV which tracks progress of all aspects of clients projects. Project Managers speak regulary with clients (often multiple times daily). Typically communication is facilitated via Skype to ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
